2023년 4월 5일~6일 2일간, 수원 컨벤션센터에서 개최된 한국마이크로전자 및 패키징학회 2023년 정기학술대회에 연구실 인원인 구희재 석사과정이 참석하였습니다. 구희재 석사과정은 ‘모터 전류를 이용한 반도체 생산 장비의 벨트 구동 시스템 건전성 진단’을 주제로 발표하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

On April 5~6, 2023, Heejae Goo, Master student, who is a laboratory member attended the Korean Microelectronics and Packaging Society (KMEPS) 2023 Annual Conference held in Suwon Convention Center. Master student Heejae Goo took time to present the topic of ‘Diagnosis of Belt Drive System for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment based on Motor Current’.
