2024년 4월 3일~4일 2일간, 광주 국립아시아문화전당에서 개최된 한국마이크로전자 및 패키징 2024년 정기학술대회에 권대일 교수님, 이중언 박사과정, 이준수 석사과정, 김대환 석사과정이 참석하였습니다. 이중언 박사과정은 ‘FMMEA 기반 액침냉각 데이터센터의 잠재적 신뢰성 문제 식별’ 주제로, 이준수 석사과정과 김대환 석사과정은 ‘건전성 예측관리기술 소개 및 연구동향: Electronics 분야’ 주제로 발표하였습니다.

On April 3 ~ 4, 2024, Professor Daeil Kwon, Ph.D student Jungeon Lee, and Master students Junsu Lee and Daehwan Kim attended the Korea Microelectronics and Packaging 2024 Annual Conference held at the Asian Culture Center. Jungeon Lee presented on the topic of 'Potential Reliability Issues Identification for Immersion Cooling Data Centers based on FMMEA'. Junsu Lee and Daehwan Kim presented on 'Introduction and Research Trends in Prognostics and Health Management: Electronics Field'.
