2024년 11월 5일~8일 4일간, 부산 파라다이스 호텔에서 개최된 ISMP 2024 정기 학술 대회에 권대일 교수님과 이중언 박사 과정, 이근일 박사 과정이 참석하였습니다. 이근일 박사 과정은 "Digital Signal-based Method for Failure Diagnosis of Interconnects under Use Condition"을 주제로 구두 발표를 진행하였습니다.

From November 5 to 8, 2024, Professor Daeil Kwon and Ph.D students Jungeon Lee and Geunil Lee attended the 22nd International Symposium on Microelectronics and Packaging 2024 held at the Paradise Hotel in Busan. Geunil Lee delivered an oral presentation titled "Digital Signal-based Method for Failure Diagnosis of Interconnects under Use Condition."
