2024년 12월 3일~6일 4일간, 웨스틴 조선 부산에서 개최된 ICMR 2024 정기 학술 대회에 권대일 교수님과 이중언 박사 과정, 이근일 박사 과정이 참석하였습니다. 이중언 박사 과정은 "Reducing Package Design Optimization Time Using Deep Neural Network and Bayesian Optimization"을 주제로 구두 발표를 진행하였습니다. 이근일 박사 과정은 "Digital Signal-Based Method for Interconnects Failure Diagnosis Robust to Use Condition"을 주제로 구두 발표를 진행하였습니다.

From December 3 to 6, 2024, Professor Daeil Kwon and Ph.D students Jungeon Lee and Geunil Lee attended the 7th International Conference on Materials and Reliability held at the Westin Chosun Busan. Jungeon Lee gave an oral presentation on the topic "Reducing Package Design Optimization Time Using Deep Neural Network and Bayesian Optimization". Geunil Lee delivered an oral presentation on the topic "Digital Signal-Based Method for Interconnects Failure Diagnosis Robust to Use Condition".
