2025년 4월 1일~3일 3일간, 송도 컨벤시아에서 개최된 한국마이크로전자 및 패키징학회 2025년 정기 학술 대회에 권대일 교수님과 이중언 박사 과정이 참석하였습니다. 권대일 교수님은 “인공지능 고장진단 기술의 산업 적용”을 주제로 발표를 진행하였고, 이중언 박사 과정은 "첨단 패키지 설계 프로세스 단축을 위한 cGAN 기반 전역 휨 예측 모델 연구"을 주제로 구두 발표를 진행하였습니다.

From April 1 to 3, 2025, Professor Daeil Kwon and Ph.D. student Jungeon Lee attended the 2025 Annual Conference of the Korea Microelectronics and Packaging Society held at Songdo Convensia. Professor Daeil Kwon gave a presentation at the conference and Ph.D. candidate Jungun Lee delivered an oral presentation titled "cGAN-Based Full-field Warpage Prediction Model for Reducing Advanced Package Design Process."
