On April 3, 2025, Ph.D. candidate Jungeon Lee received the Excellent Paper Presentation Award at the 2025 Annual Conference of the Korea Microelectronics and Packaging Society for his presentation titled "cGAN-Based Full-field Warpage Prediction Model for Reducing Advanced Package Design Process."
