2025년 11월 6일, ISMP 2025 Special Session 차세대 패키지 신뢰성 진단 및 방열설계 최적화 기술 교류회를 진행하였습니다. 인공지능 고장진단 연구실에서 주관으로 하는 '물리기반 인공지능과 열-기계 물성을 활용한 차세대 반도체 패키지 신뢰성 진단 및 방열성능 최적화' 연구팀이 모여 서로의 연구 성과를 발표하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 교류회에는 권대일 교수님과 이근일 박사 과정, 정양언 석사 과정이 교류회에 참석하였습니다.

On November 6, 2025, the ISMP 2025 Special Session on Next-Generation Package Reliability Diagnosis and Thermal Design Optimization was held. It was organized by the Artificial Intelligence Fault Diagnosis Laboratory, bringing together members of the research team working on “Reliability Diagnosis and Thermal Management of Advanced Packages Based on Physics-Informed Neural Network and Thermo-mechanical Property Measurement.” During the session, researchers shared and discussed their latest achievements. Professor Daeil Kwon, Ph.D. candidate Geunil Lee, and Master’s student Yangeon Jeong participated in the technical exchange meeting.
