2026년 6월 24일~27일 4일간, 웨스틴 조선 부산에서 개최된 한국 PHM 학회 2026년도 정기학술대회에 권대일 교수님과 이윤성 석사과정이 참석하였습니다. 이윤성 석사과정은 “공정 이상 정량화 지표를 통한 플라즈마 식각 장비의 아킹 진단”을 주제로 구두 발표를 진행하였습니다.

From June 24 to 27, 2026, Professor Daeil Kwon and master's student Yunseong Lee attended the 2026 Annual Conference of the Korean Society of Prognostics and Health Management (PHM), held at the Westin Josun Busan. Yunseong Lee delivered an oral presentation titled “Arcing Diagnostics in Plasma Etching Equipment Using a Process Abnormality Quantification Index.”
