2026년 7월 14일~15일, 차세대 패키지 신뢰성 진단 및 방열설계 최적화 기술 교류회를 진행하였습니다. 인공지능 고장진단 연구실이 주관하는 '물리기반 인공지능과 열-기계 물성을 활용한 차세대 반도체 패키지 신뢰성 진단 및 방열성능 최적화' 연구팀이 모여 서로의 연구 성과를 발표하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 교류회에는 권대일 교수님과 이근일 박사과정, 국태웅 인턴이 참석하였습니다.

From July 14 to July 15, 2026, the Technical Exchange Workshop on Next-Generation Package Reliability Diagnosis and Thermal Design Optimization was held. Organized by the Artificial Intelligence Fault Diagnosis Laboratory, the event brought together members of the research team focused on "Physics-Informed AI and Thermo-Mechanical Properties for Reliability Diagnosis and Thermal Performance Optimization of Next-Generation Semiconductor Packages." Participants shared and presented their latest research findings. The workshop was attended by Professor Daeil Kwon, Ph.D. student Geunil Lee, and intern Taewoong Kook.
