2026년 4월 8일 ~ 10일 3일간, 제주 롯데호텔에서 개최된 대한기계학회 신뢰성부문 2026년 춘계학술대회에 권대일 교수님과 국태웅 인턴, 윤혜린 인턴이 참석하였습니다. 국태웅 인턴과 윤혜린 인턴은 "공정 데이터 패턴 구분에 기반한 반도체 식각 장비 이상 탐지"를 주제로 포스터 발표를 진행하였습니다.

From April 8 to 10, 2026, Professor Daeil Kwon and interns Taewoong Kook and Hyelin Yoon attended the 2026 Spring Conference of the Reliability Division of the Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers, held at Lotte Hotel Jeju. Taewoong Kook and Hyelin Yoon presented a poster titled "Anomaly Detection for Semiconductor Etching Equipment Based on Process Data Pattern Classification."
